While MWS Business Management Ltd is a young company it can draw on unrivalled expertise.
After many years of experience in commercial activity as well as taxation and auditing, Melvyn decided to focus heavily on corporate finance, an area where he was particularly skilled.
The team from the outset included other members of his previous firm who were equally skilled in corporate finance but in addition were focussed on assisting clients in the development of management information techniques and the production of financial information quickly and accurately.
The team has a strong work ethic developed over years and committed to quick response to clients and provision of information which is relevant because it is on time.
Since the business was formed in December 2001 over £40m has been raised for clients in connection with their business activities and we have been successful in saving a number of companies who, without our expertise, would have failed. During that period we have strengthened our ties with lenders in various aspects of business finance and we believe that we are able to offer solutions to all funding requirements once we have identified that there is a problem which can be resolved.
More recently the company has developed diagnostic software enabling visual display to clients of their key issues and in turn helping them to focus on resolution of those problems.
